FREE SHIPPING

Orders of $50 or more ship for free.   All packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.  

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Orders received after 3PM EST will ship the next business day.  Customers will receive an email with the tracking number for their package.  Prep Baseball is not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

RETURN POLICY                                                                                                               

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.  Items must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

REFUND/EXCHANGE OPTIONS                                                                                 

Returns are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method or an exchange for a different product.

EXCLUSIONS                                                                                                                     

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: sale items, custom pre-orders, and gift cards.

RETURN PROCESS                                                                                                               

To initiate a return, please email us at apparel@prepbaseball.com.  Include your name, order number and the reason for your return.

SHIPPING COSTS                                                                                                   

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (including size exchanges), which are non-refundable.  For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

REFUNDS                                                                                                                     

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2 business days.  It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card.  Exchanges will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your item.

RESOLVING AN ISSUE WITH AN ORDER
